  • We have 2 delivery times: 8:00am and 6:30-7:30pm.

    Dinner Meal Sets, you can expect a knock on your cottage door between 6:30pm and 7:30pm.

    Breakfast and Lunch packs, we deliver to your cottage by 8:00am.

    Snacks, Hampers and Special Occasion Cakes, you can choose have delivery at 8:00am, 6:30pm-7:30pm or have it waiting in your room at your check-in time.

  • Guests at Maya Sanctuary enjoy free delivery on all items!

  • Please leave your restacked tiffin containers, baskets, boxes and jars outside your room for next morning collection.

    We try and minimise our waste to landfill. All our packaging is also home compostable. Our friends at Maya Sanctuary will compost has much as they can.

  • We love planning surprises!

    Whether your are thinking of a birthday, proposal, anniversay or anything in between - get in touch.

    We know all the best places in Maya Sanctuary for a candlelit dinner, picnic lunch or afternoon tea.

  • We love a glass of bubbly - however, we are not licensed to sell alcohol.

    We sell non-alcoholic fizzy drinks.

  • Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate for severe allergies. The Eat @ Maya Sanctuary menu does cross contaminate, as we make many of our recipes at the same time. I am hoping to be able to change this in the future.

Eat @ Maya Sanctuary FAQ

  • Delivery is available to Lithgow, Hartley, Kanimbla, and Mount Victoria.

    If you're a bit further out, reach out — we're keen to make sure your food arrives as fresh and tasty as possible!

  • We charge $10 for delivery to Lithgow, Hartley, Kanimbla, and Mount Victoria.

    If delivery is outside these areas, there could be a higher charge depending on the location.

    Delivery is free if the order is over $120.00.

  • Of course!

    We are located in Kanimbla, about 10 minutes from where Coxs River Road and Blackheath Creek Road meet.

    Let us know what time and when you would like to pick up in the ‘Additional Notes’ in you order. We will email you with further details.

  • Depending on your event and how many guests - here’s a rough guide.

    Drinks and canapes.

    Aim for 3-4 pieces per person.

    • up to 10 people | 3 - 4 platters

    • 10-20 people | 5 - 7 platters

    Lunch

    Aim for 6-8 pieces per person.

    • up to 10 people | 5 - 8 platters

    • 10-20 people | 9 - 12 platters

  • My delivery times are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you need a order outside these times, please get in touch to see if I am able to accommodate.

    Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up your order from Kanimbla.
